Turkish Rocket is a hardy perennial from Eurasia that we grow for its edible flower shoots and the pollinators that it draws. A member of the Brassica family, it tastes of broccoli and can be used in similar ways.

It is very drought tolerant and will perform well in damaged areas, making it a good candidate for groundcover plantings on poor soil. Plants readily grow from root fragments and it is able to self-seed, so take care it does not spread too much.

Hardiness: Zone 4-8

Soil: Grows well in poor soils

Light: Prefers full sun but will grow in part shade.

Options:

~4 root fragments 1” in diameter
